The front of the one story building has a stone facade and a flat roof. A large brick industrial building with a domed roof is attached at the back of the building. Signs read "Barter Machinery & Supply Co.," "Metals, Aluminum, Brass, Steel & Supply." Automobiles are parked at the edge of Bayaud Avenue.
