George Elbert Burr Studio and Residence

From 1910 until 1924, artist George Elbert Burr lived and worked here, producing two of his most significant sets of work. Since 1924, the building has served as the home of the Denver Woman’s Press Club, an organization founded in 1898 to advance and encourage women in literary work.
