East 17th Avenue Parkway

East 17th Avenue Parkway runs from Colorado Blvd. to Monaco St. Pkwy. A major thoroughfare through the Park Hill neighborhood, this wide tree lined street is famous for its beautiful flowers and other plantings grown each summer on the wide grassy division between the east and west bound lanes. Large pristine houses line the parkway and the parkway itself obtained National Register status in 1986.
