Speer Neighborhood Defined

Speer Neighborhood defined by Alameda to the south, Speer Blvd to the north, Broadway to the west and Downing St to the east. We are a urban neighborhood with a mix of single family homes, low rise apt buildings from the 60's and 70's and a few high rise buildings. The demographics are changing as young familes move-in and re-hab older victorian houses. There are also plenty of affordable rentals in Speer as well.
